We're bringing All-In-One back.
Every OnVoard app is included in 1 subscription, starting at $24.90 a month.
That's Marketing Platform, ActionPop, Back In Stock, Reviews, Reperks, Product Recommender and AOV Progress Bar.
The reason we're bringing it back is simple. OnVoard works better when you can actually use the apps together, and the old All-In-One pricing made that harder than it should've been.

All-In-One on our pricing page: your contacts, your email, one monthly total.
The old pricing didn't scale well
The old All-In-One plan had a pretty obvious problem.
One of the jumps went from $34.90 to $99.90.
I had merchants asking if there was something in the middle.
There wasn't.
You could grow a little and suddenly get a bill almost 3 times bigger. That never made much sense to me, so I wanted to rebuild the pricing in a way that works for both small and larger stores.
The new All-In-One is priced on just 2 things.
Active contacts: $19.90 per 5,000.
Email: $1 per 1,000.
Everything else is included.
So if you have 5,000 active contacts and include 5,000 emails a month, your total is $24.90/mo.
That's the starting price.
As your store grows, the price grows with your contacts and email usage instead of suddenly jumping you onto a much more expensive plan.
Most stores don't actually send that much email
The part I spent the most time thinking about was email.
How much should we include by default?
Instead of guessing, I looked at what OnVoard email customers actually sent over the last 30 days.
Here's the percentage of customers sending this much or less:
1X email sends of contact size a month: 79%
2X: 88%
3X: 93%
4X: 96%
5X: 98%
So 79% of our email customers are already covered by the starting option.
And 96% send no more than 4 emails per contact a month.
That's why All-In-One starts with 1 email per contact instead of forcing everyone to pay for a huge email allowance they probably won't use.
These are our own customer numbers, not an industry average.
And if you send a lot, email can be unlimited
Some stores send far more often.
For those, there's an unlimited email option.
It's priced at 8x your contact count.
With 5,000 contacts, that puts the complete All-In-One plan at $59.90/mo with unlimited email.
Then you can send as often as you want without your email cost continuing to grow.
Only your contact count changes the price from there.
I wanted this option because once you're sending frequently enough, constantly counting emails becomes pointless.
Every app is included
This is the part that makes All-In-One different from just buying another email plan.
You get all 7 OnVoard apps:
Marketing Platform
ActionPop
Back In Stock
Reviews
Reperks
Product Recommender
AOV Progress Bar
And the usual usage caps on the other apps come off.
There's no order cap for Reperks.
No order cap for Product Recommender.
No alert cap for Back In Stock.
Use the apps.
That's the whole point of All-In-One.
Why this can save a lot compared to buying separately
Here's a simple example.
At 100 orders a month, buying those same 7 apps separately comes to $104.70/mo.
With 5,000 contacts, All-In-One starts at $24.90/mo.
That's a big difference already.
But the bigger advantage is what happens as you use more of OnVoard.
When you buy apps separately, each app has its own plan and its own point where the price goes up.
Add more apps and you end up managing several separate subscriptions, each growing on its own.
With All-In-One, using another OnVoard app doesn't add another subscription.
Your price is based on your active contacts and email.
Everything else is already there.
That's much closer to how I've always wanted OnVoard to work.
Install what you need today, then turn on something else when you need it without wondering what another app is going to add to your monthly bill.
If you're already an OnVoard customer
Nothing about your current plan changes.
If you're already paying for OnVoard, you keep your existing plan and price.
Individual app plans are still available too.
And every app that has a free plan keeps its free plan.
All-In-One is simply another option if you'd rather have everything together.
You can compare both using your own numbers on the pricing page.
I spent the whole of this week to make sure we get the all-in-one pricing right for businesses of all size. If anything about the new pricing is confusing, reply and tell me. I read them.
