You will always be charged on a monthly basis at the start of each month for previous month's usage. For Shopify merchants, billing will be handled by Shopify so you your billing period will be determined by Shopify.

How do I cancel subscription?
You can cancel subscription by yourself in self-serve manner. Just go to subscriptions page to cancel subscription for app. After an app is cancelled, you will be billed until the end of current billing period.
Will I still have access to my data after I cancel subscription?
Yes, you will still have access to existing data like contacts, emails, reviews even if you have cancelled subscriptions.
What are email transit charges?
OnVoard has a feature that allows you to use your own SMTP provider account for sending. Currently we support Sendgrid and Postmark.
If you are using your own SMTP provider account for sending, instead of email sends charges, you will incur email transit charges. Email transit charges is $0.50 for every block of 1000 email sends. For more details, see guide for SMTP profile.
Why we have the best pricing model?
Other email marketing apps will charge a high rate for every 1000 active contacts you have irregardless of the number of emails you sent each month. So even if you didn't sent any email for the month, you will incur the same charges.
We believe this model outdated. With OnVoard, you pay a flat price regardless of number of contacts you have. And you only pay more if you are sending more emails.
With our pricing model, you will heavily reduces your monthly expenses and won't need to worry about growing your audience size. On top of that, merchants get to use all OnVoard apps with a single subscription.
