MailerLite prices by subscriber count on two plans, Comfort and Power (renamed in 2026 from Growing Business and Advanced), each sold monthly or at a standing annual rate. Here is the full ladder, checked by hand, and a calculator so you can see both platforms at your own numbers.
Pricing checked September 4, 2026. MailerLite sets these prices, not us, and they can change them any time.
Same contact count, both at a published plan. See the calculator below for any other number, and Marketing Platform priced alone against MailerLite rather than against the whole OnVoard suite.
Two plans, each sold monthly or annually. Every row below is independently verified; nothing here is derived or a limited-time promo.
This is the monthly rate, billed every month. Switch to Annual above to see the per-month price if you prepay the year; both figures are independently verified, not derived.
Computed by the same resolver as the calculator below, server-rendered so these numbers are in the page before anything runs in your browser. Sends are set at 8x contacts, the point where OnVoard's own send allowance becomes unlimited.
The OnVoard All-In-One column here mirrors the calculator’s Marketing Platform rate plus the same unlimited-sends stop; the anchor card above shows the full All-In-One bundle price, which includes every other OnVoard app on top.
Set your contacts and how much email you send. MailerLite's price only moves with contacts; ours moves with both, because we sell the send allowance separately from the contact count. Toggle billing basis below to compare annual rates too.
The multiplier buttons set sends relative to your contact count (4x means 4 emails a month per contact).
We use the audience number entered above as the billable contact, profile or subscriber count for each platform. Vendors define billable audiences differently, and a real count after migration can differ.

Pricing is not feature equivalence. These estimates show what each platform charges for the workload you entered. Plans can include different automation, segmentation, SMS, support, ecommerce, and other features.

By subscribers, in brackets, on two plans: Comfort (metered sends, 10x your bracket in monthly emails) and Power (unlimited sends under a fair-use policy). Both plans are sold monthly or as a per-month annual rate, about 10% cheaper, paid upfront for the year.
No. MailerLite renamed its plans in 2026: "Growing Business" became Comfort, and "Advanced" became Power. The tiers and prices this page shows are the current, post-rename ladder.
No, and this is the one place MailerLite is simpler than the rest of this family: the annual rate is a standing, always-available billing interval (about 10% below monthly, paid upfront for the year), not a time-limited discount that expires or requires new-customer status. Every row on both the monthly and annual ladders below is independently verified, with no derived rows and no promo asterisk.
MailerLite does not publish a per-email overage rate. What its own documentation states is that a subscriber who was Active at any point during the billing cycle counts toward your bracket even if deleted before the cycle ends, and Free-plan overage blocks new subscribers being added (manually, by API, or by integration), not just outbound sending. OnVoard states this plainly: below Unlimited, extra sends are $1 per 1,000 from a balance you top up; at Unlimited, there is nothing to run out of.
No. Unsubscribed and bounced subscribers do not count toward the limit, and a subscriber saved in more than one group is billed once, not once per group (unlike Mailchimp, which bills the same person twice if they are in two audiences). Whether Unconfirmed (double opt-in pending) subscribers count is not documented either way by MailerLite, so this page does not state it.
Yes, and it is more generous on sends than most of the field: up to 250 contacts and 2,500 email sends a month, free. OnVoard's paid plans start above that.
Two things. First, contacts and sends are two separate, adjustable settings on every plan, priced together rather than requiring a second plan tier for unlimited sending. Second, MailerLite's price only ever buys email; OnVoard's All-In-One price is the same two settings plus every other OnVoard app, for a contact-rate premium instead of separate bills.
Pricing checked September 4, 2026. Every tier on both plans, monthly and annual, is independently verified by stepping MailerLite's own pricing slider. Nothing on this page is derived or promotional.
