We’re making a structural change to OnVoard’s pricing plans and will be retiring our All-In-One Plans after 25 July 2026.
If you haven’t subscribed yet, this is the last chance to get access to all 7 OnVoard apps from $19.90/month before the plan is retired.
For existing customers, as always, your current plan and pricing will be grandfathered. Nothing changes for you. You'll continue paying the same price while receiving new features, improvements, and updates. What worked for you yesterday will continue to work today, next week, and in the months ahead.
OnVoard has been running for more than 5 years, and we have always honored existing plans for customers. I intend to keep it that way.
As a small business owner myself, I understand how disruptive sudden vendor price increases can be. That’s why we’re making sure existing customers can continue using their current plans without being forced into the new pricing structure.
Why are we retiring the all-in-one plan?
The reason for this change is simple: OnVoard now supports more apps, more platforms, more features, and more usage than when the All-In-One Plans were first introduced. At the current price point, the plan no longer scales well for us in terms of infrastructure, product development, and support.
At the same time, memory and storage prices have increased significantly, with many components now costing 2-3x more than they did a year ago. Our hosting vendor (which is one of the cheapest in the market) raised prices 2 times this year, and more than doubled the server prices recently in June.
I’m currently pushing new releases every week, with more apps and major updates coming over the next few weeks and months. Moving forward, our pricing will better reflect the value and resources required to keep improving OnVoard.
