We're bringing the All-In-One plan back.
It's live today: every OnVoard app in one subscription, starting at $24.90 a month, with pricing built to scale properly for stores of every size.
Nothing in here changes what you pay now. If you're on a plan with us, you stay on it at the price you have. All-In-One is a new option alongside what you already run, and it's yours to take or leave.

What the last few months taught us
The last few months of data made something clear about where OnVoard fits and what makes it worth having.
New paying merchants were subscribing to one app and stopping there. Priced app by app, a second and a third add up fast, and that hits newer stores hardest. They're exactly the ones who should be trying more of what we build.
The customers who get the most out of OnVoard tell me the same thing, in their own words every time. What makes it different isn't any single app. It's running them together, at a price nobody else offers for that much software.
That's OnVoard at its best, and All-In-One is the plan that sells it the way it actually works.
Why it's priced the way it is
The old All-In-One had a scaling problem, and it was the thing I heard about most.
It moved in steps, and one of those steps went from $34.90 to $99.90. Merchants kept writing to ask whether there was something in the middle. There wasn't. Outgrow the smaller plan and your only option was a bill nearly 3 times the size, which is a strange thing to hand someone whose business just got slightly bigger.
So the rebuild was about scaling smoothly instead of in jumps. The price now moves with the 2 things that actually cost us money, and nothing else.
Active contacts. $19.90 per 5,000.
Email sends. $1 per 1,000. You pick how many to include each month, anywhere from 1 email per contact up to 8.
5,000 contacts with 5,000 sends a month is $24.90. Grow past that and the bill goes up $19.90 at a time, so it moves in step with you instead of leaping ahead. Send more email than you set aside and the extra is $1 per 1,000, the same price as the rest.
Everything else is in there because including it costs us nothing. Every app, every paid feature, and none of the usual limits: no cap on orders for Reperks or Product Recommender, no cap on alerts for Back In Stock. Those caps only ever existed to sort you into a plan, and there are no plans to sort you into here.
What our customers actually send
Choosing how much email to include is the one part with no obvious right answer, so instead of guessing we went and looked. Over the last 30 days, here's how much email OnVoard customers actually send, compared to the size of their contact list:
1 email per contact a month - 79% of our email customers send this much or less
2 per contact - 88%
3 per contact - 93%
4 per contact - 96%
5 per contact - 98%
Sending more than that is rare, which is why the plan tops out at 8 per contact. Going higher would be an option almost nobody needs, and it would make the price stop being a good deal.
Read that first line before you talk yourself into a bigger number. Most stores land on the first one. These figures are our own customers rather than the whole industry, and we'll keep them up to date as that changes.
Why it costs less than buying the apps one at a time
At 100 orders a month, those same 7 apps bought separately come to $104.70. All-In-One at 5,000 contacts is $24.90.
The saving isn't really the point though. Bought one by one, each app prices on your order volume, so your bill jumps every time one of them pushes you onto its next plan.
That's the same jump problem as before, spread across 7 apps instead of one, and it always arrives in a good month. All-In-One has no plans to move between, so your bill only changes when you change it.
There's a calculator on the pricing page that prices both sides on your own numbers rather than on mine.
If you're already a customer
If you're on one of the earlier All-In-One plans, you keep it, at the price you signed up at, with new features as they land. That's how we've always done it, and it isn't changing.
If you're on individual app plans, those are unchanged and still on sale. All-In-One sits alongside them rather than replacing them, and the free plan on every app stays free.
You can switch to All-In-One yourself from the subscription page whenever the numbers say you should, and change or cancel it yourself just as easily.
If something about it doesn't make sense, reply and tell me. I read them.
